Excellent network, better plans and rigid staff and poor marketing.I used AIrtel, BSNL, Idea, Reliance and Vodafone for last 10 years. But I found BSNL is the best in coverage(both in village and city).
Prepaid plans are good compare to other operators. It provides the best 3 G data speed compare to all other.
BSNL need higher management like India Post has.
BSNL has very good infrastructure and reputation but bad management and **poor marketing**.
*Suggestions to BSNL:*
Many complaints are about customer care and customer service, so why can't you outsource the customer service to some other BPO
Postpaid plans are not at all affordable. Other operators are providing customize plans for the postpaid customers but why BSNL following the same old plans only.
BSNL has to get feedback and has to implement the feasible and valid feedback to compete with other operators.

Apart these BSNL is best. All of my family members are using the BSNL from many years.
