I have been using two BSNL connections for more than two years. I do not have complaints regarding coverage etc because they provide best coverage area wise. I do not want to change my service provider because as long as possible I wouldlike to continue with a Govt compnay only. You can be sure that there is no cheating .
But now a days I have this problem regarding disruption while conversing. I have noticed many times that the calls get silent in between but there is not disconnection of the line. We have to disconnect(or else you are going to pay for it) and connect again. This problem is there in my both mobiles and my friends also vouch for this problem in their connections. I have tried to talk to their customer care but they are not of much help. What regular assurance I get is that'he will check and get back to me' which is never done. May be we have to get along with the problem for some more time. Incidentallly I am a resident of Mysore. I do not know people in any other place have similar complaints.
