Although it is a public sector company it is not able to provide competittive tarrif 1.2p/s it charges without rate cutter and rate cutters effective only for 1 months. Network coverage in urban areas is decnt but needs to be improved in remote lands .the call drop problem dont exist and at last I would say that it Has come out of tag of bhai sahab nhi lagega but still have to suffer miles
