I have bsnl post paid service and land line when I was in Vishakapatnam area, now I stay at Vijayawada, I have disconnected the land line and paid full advance of nearly Rs, 2000 for cellone continuation but, the problem is I couldn't get the change of address from Vishakapatnam to vijayawada,
When contacted in local they say I should submit the letter in Vishakapatnam not in vijayawada, or I requested for changes in facilites in postpaid I have they say the connection is of vishakapatnam and they are helpless and the changes should be made in vishakapatnam only, this makes me embarrassing, where the world is running fast with max changes, BSNL do not have faster service for customers.
Can anybody provide the best option for this, I dont want to disconnect BSNL cellone service I have apresent, nor I can keep with this inconvenience, any body had the same type of problems to help me with the solution if they had any, which will need full and I work nearby vijayawada bsnl office about a KM away and I do not have signal most of the time clear, I get signal from about 2Km away tower which is week,
