BSNL is the worst telecom service provider . Although it is an govt. company but no care has been taken of it. It doesnt have a wide coverage in all area. Many times network problem occurs which is worst for us when we are in difficulty.
The customer service is also bad when we call to customer care sometimes it is not answered and for dial up connection problem they visit the home for checking after various complaints.
In home dial up connection minimum 200 rs.per month is charged compulsorily even if we are using or not that sometimes become costly for us.
