Bsnl broad band is good but Normally Bsnl gsm services not so good .Its High call charges and Bad customer care facilities. Network not so good.Their tariffs are also not much cheaper and their network is not consistent in all cities.Bsnl will give u chepaest price on every service as compare to any other telecom but when there is no network then its of no use.If we compare with other operators, they are providing lifetime validity.But it is having 180days validity only
