Bsnl network are not the best. Review on BSNL CellOne / Excel Mobile Operator

I am using bsnl now itself because the charges and the rates are very low but the network is very bad.the 2g net speed is very low and 3g network is average but not good.the customer service is pathetic if you want to talk to customer acre youbhave to wait atleast 15 minutes then you won't find any correct answer from them.the network frequency of them is comparatively lower than idea, airtel and other private nerwork operators.so if you are with bsnl network and from 2-3kms the wcdma network won't be available and gsm network will be available from 1-2 points.and there is some problems like network engaged even if you are behind him.Sometimes the 3g network won't available for few hours.i faced it when I enabled data network it's not connecting after couple of hours it connected.the problem is that when you are in the house you can 2 points but when you get outside just 2-3 feet you can get full network.the advantage is that you can get lower rates than private cellular operators.
