I got my first BSNL sim before seven years. When I used first time the most and prime problem I faced was No signal.
But it's craze in people never fall down like Bullet bike.
BSNL was first network which made all India free roming for his customers. But No signal problem is same still today. But this Network is always trusted by people. It's number series also has a diffrent craze in the middle of people. People accepted this with it's high prices. But BSNL never took any step to improve it's sugnal quality.
No doubt BSNL is a Royal brand of India but signal problem is a most important thing which should be improved.
