I have used BSNL for a year and it had a very bad experience. There is no proper network connection available. When you try to call someone it takes two- three time to make a call. Also when someone calls you it gives a wrong response like "the number you have dialede is currently busy" or sometime the call redirect to another number. Only call rates are normal but they provide a very bad service.
I dont recommend this operator.
