Today, Iam going to share my experience of BSNL mobile operator. No doubt this network is the biggest and widely spread in over the India but during past years , I have faced too much problems with this not only because of its network infact of its yerrif plans, datacards and monthly recharge which are very expensive as well as less its less quality.
When I am going to my village its network gets dull and its internet speed gets slow, sometimes cross connection also occured when communicate to others.
Its customer service response time is very low and most of the time they will be failed to satisfy the customers.
I recommend not to use this because we have the more profitable and better choice rather than BSNL.
