I had been using BSNL Broadband for 1 year. I had my worst experience while this . I was opt for 4mbps speed but it never given me speed above 1mbps. I have complaint to customer care so many times but there representative never came to solve my problem. It had provided me the bad bad service. They charged me installation charges of 2500 and 1300 of router .How can the Central Government Net can be like this.
