From the outset, ever since internet started in our place, we have been using BSNL bb for our internet use as we had no other option till the other players came on the scene. The speed is so slow, that you can keep something for downloading, in the morning, and hopefully, if all goes well, and the connection is not interrupted, it will download by evening. This is really excruciating, especially, if you are using it for banking , reservations or tax purposes, as these are time sensitive. you literally have to refresh 20 to 30 times before the work gets done. Also the charges are exhorbitant, and the services are bad. if you want a course in anger management and patience, sit in front of the computer with a bsnl broadband, and if you succesfully do your work without breaking the computer, or modem, you are cured.
