I have been there customer for last 10 years. Till I did not get problem it is good. Once issue starts, they will suck. I have paid the amount without getting connection with the hope that they will rectify for a month(DEC 2015). Finalyy I was not having an option other than to disconnect. They are not concerned.(TAMBARAM BSNL ISTHE WORST). Typical Govt office . Fit for nothing.
Even after surrender They have not adjusted my billing and gave the deposit back.
