If you are looking for an Average internet connection in Budget, Then BSNL is BEST .
Internet speed varies from amount of money you spend.
Connectivity is normal, works great in Rural areas these days.
If we talk about Service and support, its not very good as compared to others.
I recommend BSNL, because i', m using it from last 3-4 years, and for m its Worth money I pay them.
if you can pay more money then they will give u fast internet connection.
