I have been using this service from last 6 months and I can say now that I have done a blunder by choosing BSNL Broadband.
Irrespective of how many times you complain - BSNL customer care is like dumb people. They dont even hear what one says.Very very bad service.
Spoken to them 5 times in 2 days and sent numerous emails.
"Sorry sir, we will get back to you" - is all that you are going to hear from the customer care representative. Be it Facebook, Twitter, email or phone. But will never hear back
I think other has better services than BSNL, SO please think once again if you are planning to get bsnl Broadband. As you will get suffered heavily in future.
