I have a coonection of bsnl broadband that is frustrating me some time because of its wires it disconnected 1 to 2 times in month and the bsnl suuport is very ir responsive it contact us in 2 or 3 days
But the problem is negitiate when bsnl provides free calls at 9 pm to 7 am and other days the network is good.
Bsnl also improves it service from last one year before one year the landline us dead in 20 days of a month but still there is no problem with landline but some issued in internet
This broad band is recommended for thise who are live near bsnl exchange and in rural areas
