Hey everybody I have been using BSNL broadband for like 5 years now. And this is what I experienced over the 5 years
It is just frustrating to loose internet connection every now and then
There will a minimum of one satuarday in every month which I loose connection. And even though I do complaint about it I will get net connection back on Monday or Tues cause Sunday they have working holiday. And this happens every month and this is not only for me it happens to every customer. I do accept that BSNL broadband connection is pretty cheap but u will get soo much frustrated as u won't be having net connection all day and everyday. Even if it rains too much you will loose net connection for a min of 2-3 days
Well they basically don't care about the customers and the workers are pretty rude. When I complain that I don't have net connection they will call me back after a few hours in rude voice asking if I have a net connection but I get net connection at that moment only when they call.i do not recommend BSNL broadband band and if u buy even after reading this. Just remember I warned ya
