BSNL which is acronym of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is a telecommunication company which is started by government of India in September 15, 2000. They have several services like landlines, pospaid / prepaid cellular services, Internet(2G / 3G), Broadband and many more.
The BSNL broadband has lots of plans according to the usage or requirement of a particular user. They have broadband plans starting from Rs. 375/- to Rs. 3500/- per month, combo plans, unlimited plans, home plans, business plans. The speed provided in these plans varies from 2 Mbps to 4 Mbps. Also in few of them there is facility to use unlimted internet in a specific time slot example from 2 A.M. to 6 A.M.
Although all of the packages provided by BSNL are very competitive than other broadband internet providers, but where they lack is the services. I cannot say it is poor, but they always remain in contact with customer to solve their problem, but take little more time to solve than others. May be this is because they have very large number of customers and less experienced personnel.
