BSNL is a reputed telecom company. It had always given its customers a good service and a decent network. But these days BSNL seems to be the slowest network of them all.
Even on a 3g plan the highest speed I get it 400-600kbps. I domt know if it is the problem of the location of my residence or the problem of the network.
The signal strength is not good and so the network is also slow. BSNL should implement new technologies and make their Network faster.
They are not even in the competition for internet network against Jio or Airtel.
They must give new and cool offers to retain their customers or else they are going to lose their customers.
They have a good service and support in my region. The technician co operate and solve the problems when we give a complaint about the problem.
Conclusion - Poor Network, to be rectified by them.
