Everyday it has a new problem. It's not up to the mark. Sometimes connection is too weak and even sometime connection losts. It is not reliable. Me and my family all have a work with Internet but we are always cursing it.
If we talk about it's Internet speed, my god it is very slow. It is like a turtle walking very slowly. On papers it has given speed is good and reliable but in reality there is nothing like that. It works like a 2G connection or I should say it has no G. We pay too high to get good speed but I think it is not worth it.
Now it's connection reliability. Connection is unstable. One can't rely on this type of connection. As I told earlier we've a work with Internet but can't help. Once in a while it works very fast as you gain trust on it, and it betrays.
When we bought it, at that time speed was good but slowly slowly it went too slow. When I am doing something very urgent, connection losts. One day I was downloading direct x on my computer, connection was unstable and I was not able to download it.
While connection error whenever we call them, sometime they are busy and sometime they make excuses like they will do something about it, wires have been stolen and so and so.
I've faced many problems from this. One can't rely on it.
