Hello Friends,


I wanted to share my reviews on BSNL Broadband. Actually, 2 years ago I was a BSNL Broadband customer, so I wanted to tell you people what are the issues I faced that time. I don't want you people to join this broadband, that's why I am making this a serious issue.


Why I bought this network was that, at that time this was the network most of the people approached. By the same way I too got impressed of their plans and got trapped very soon.


Initially they told you will get free calls if you buy with Landline, which was one interesting point. And it takes only 2 working days for installation they said.


And the plan that I chose was is as of below:


Rs599 plan:


1.Unlimited Internet


2.Default Speed insured was 2MBPS


3.Unlimited Calls


This was the things they intimated me and of course every student gets impressed of these details. The same happened to me and we just applied for this plan immediately and paid money.


As told they didn't reach us within two days but they came after a week, only after we made a complaint in office.


And then the connection was given finally.


As days started, I checked why the internet is being very slow, then it showed up as 600Kbps in speed checker. I got very disappointed seriously.


What can I do once I have paid for everything. This let me to wastage.


Internet Speed:


As told, you will be fascinated with lots of offers telling you that you will receive 5mbps or 10mbps but the thing is you will end up getting 1mbps.


Connection Reliability:


One serious issue happened with me is connection reliability. During rainy days you will lose connection surely if you are in BSNL broadband. And when you try to reach customer service, they won't pick up the call at least for 3 days.


Service & Support:


Very bad service ever. Trying to reach them through call itself is a difficult process. You have to keep trying or else have to go to the office directly.


So I have shared all of my experience genuinely. Hope you accept it.
