Bsnl is having very poor signal strength.If you are frequent traveller better not opt Bsnl.You cannot get signal at many area.Even in major city like Hyderabad bsnl is having very poor signal.Network coverage and cell towers are very less for bsnl.Now a days it is relying majorly on other operator towers for signal transmission.C oming to offers and tarrif billing, it is charging at higher rates.Only big benefit is you get Data services at less cost compared to others.C ustomer service is pathetic , you need to wait for more than 30 mins to get connected to their customer care agent.
