I have been using the the BSNL for 1 year and I must say it is quite cheap and have an average connectivity normally but sometimes it is a network disaster, its network goes and nothing works including the net and telephone lines.
It happens quite frequently and that is frustrating .such incident happened last week and is also happening right now my mobile, landline and internet network which are of BSNL is not working from yesterday evening
