I am using bsnl 3g sim card from more than 6 months and I am not completely satisfied. 3g network of bsnl is not good because their network is only present on some particular places. Most of time it shows only 1 or 2 network pillars and it automatically changes to 2g when network goes low due to which downloading or surfing got interupted. Also on phone calls audio stops coming and some times call ends automatically. Their customer services are quite unsatisfactory. Mostly all times phones of their customer representatives are busy. Sometimea we have to wait more than half and hour. If they pick your call then it is not necessory that they will solve your problem. Plans of bsnl are affordable as they have same rates for 3g as for 2g internet packs. We can recharge or pay bills on their official website. Also they provides various offers time to time on special occasions and festival.
