I study in a college in the heart of kozhikode city , so the problem I am about to say cant be avoided with the vague argument that some rare places can have less service.
Bsnl used to be my favourite simcard before jio revolutionised the sim network world.
After the introduction of jio the price value for data packs have significantly gone down and the usage has significantly gone up.

Call features- the call features and call packs are quite good and the reception is quite vast , so no problem there.
Data services- very poor. It gives double the amount of data for 333 rs ( 2gb per day) , but the sad fact is that most people can use only 300 or less mbs everyday. Even in areas with good reception, BSNL fails to provide a fast data network.
Customer care- accompanied by a very long wait to talj to the operator which is frustrating . But the same can be told for other providera too.
The offers and packs are really appealing but considering the network speed they can offer , they are such a loss and cant meet our daily data requirements.
So I urge you not to take this sim if you are a youtube-streamer or a fb user because a significant amount of tour valuable time wojld be spent on 'loading'!
