Now a days BSNL mobile operator is known as for the cheapest recharge plans as compared to other mobile networks. BSNL is good for calling but worked for internet speed.
In my area ( Nashik) BSNL provide good coverage in city and good voice quality but internet speed is very poor. Sometime it shows 4G network when data is on but suddenly it converts to 3G network i.e. 'H+ '. Many times 3G network also converted to 2G network i.e 'E' that causes decrease in internet speed. That reason the internet speed is very fluctuated and it effects on user experience.
The another good things about BSNL is providing a good voice facility and good coverage at rural areas surrounds to my city.
Second thing is BSNL data pack voice pack and combined packs are very cheaper than other network providers.
But the BSNL mobile is not good to use for business purpose.
The downloading and uploading speed of BSNL is too low.
The customer care service of BSNL is average or say not so good.
