Bsnl is really a worst network. They dont guarante signal strength or range to their customers. They have many attractive plans but, how can we use this plans without network coverage. Only in some towns bsnl providing good network. Hilly places or lower places they dont guarante. If you need to call someone, you need to climb a coconut tree.They are totally useless.
Customer service is really bad, if we ask any enquires to someone simply sitting in a chair, he will tell to ask other person and when we meet him he will say it's not here go down floor, our chappals will loose as fast as their networks.
Cable broadband is much better than bsnl broadband
