BSNL was the largest network in India although it was the worst network. I ever used in my life. while travelling you will never find signal. In the age of 4g. speed of bsnl 3g works like hell. Airtel, Vodaphone 2g works much better than it. some times its 3g works fast . but that time it start disconnecting.u can't even use 200mb in a whole week. now we came to voice this the only active service in bsnl forget about video call. customer care service hell like service. you are speaking with "PAANWALA" or speaking with" BSNL CUSTOMER CARE " it all same. u can't ever get any solution from customer care. if there is rating of zero . I give it same.
