In selecting the best option in mobile networks as per my requiremnets I was completely failed initially;as in any network whatever plans you are using, at the end of the day you have to pay the same amount if you calculate.The privte companies have many excuses regarding anything that eill affect you, **no transperency** .But in BSNL I would not say the best but yes comparing to others I can trust on this due to its **transperancy** in billing and everything else.
The **network** coverage is very good all over india.
Indias first mobile network having completely **roaming free** all over india;which is the best thing for me to use .
The recharge, rate cut plans are good and they dont have any **hidden costs**.
*2G & 3G** packs are same.So this is the cheapest 3G pack offering mobile operator.
They **dont cut** your balance like other networks;claiming as you have downloaded a game or subscribed to any of their services.
You can find **BSNL exchange office** for complaint bookings which are available in many rural areas also.
Many offers for **old BSNL** customers as well as exclusive deals for their new connections also.(am availing that benefit).
It has the most **convinent postpaid** service and plans.No **wrong charges.*
Best for business personels as you cn **track** your usage online.

Customer service is not as good as compared to others.It sometimes take more than some hours to reach them.Limited plans in postpaid.No 4G yet.Updates and services are not updated frequently like other networks.Not easy to get a new connection like other networks.
They dont charge a single penny extra in prepaid as well as in postpaid in billing like other networks .
I have been using BSNL as my **primary** sim for like 8 years now, I have used almost all other networks but BSNL remains the primary till now, this is why I believe "**BSNL BEST HAI MERE LIYE"** Not the best but comparing to other; of-course yes.
