Over the years, I have used a very few mobile operator and refrained from switching between operators.
I had been a customer of BSNL 3G mobile operator, and I tell you and its the truth, the are the worst out there.
Too many problems. First of all you don't get the network in cities! Yes you heard me right. And even if you find network your phone is worthless as people who are calling you will, most of the, time get a busy tone, or "Moved out of coverage area". People on the other end used to get annoyed all the time and tell me that why my phone is never reachable? Now as i'm on the other side I realize, its very annoying. So you see its worthless.
Secondly, the issue with the call drop. Oh my god, I used t fell like throw away the phone. every call used to drop.
The internet is not so good either. It doesn't give good speed.
The support team talks like ill-literate. At times they doesn't even understand the issue. And most of the times your issues never get solved.
I will never use their service even if they give it for free.
