Hello everyone I just want to tell you guys not to buy or Port to BSNL Mobile network for whom who is a Bangalore resident. The network is horrible. I recently Ported from Airtel to BSNL a month ago( The biggest mistake of my life) . Even though Airtel is a little costlier, they are the best service providers in Karnataka. I was an Airtel Customer from more than 6 years, not even a single day I faced any kind of network issue. In BSNL the problems started from day 1. There is no network available at my residence and even though network is full in my office my mobile number will be always not reachable. Even after calling customer care a hundred times it was of no use. No doubt even the Customer Care is one of the horrible CC available. I have a list of complaint numbers which is of no use. I am just waiting to complete my 3 months term so that I can PORT back to Airtel immediately. Thank you
