Bsnl is the govt. Operator of india. It is still lagging behind in the race of best operator of india. But in some early years it has modify its services a bit but still not better. However its services in some place is better but not at my place. In term of 3g it is the slowest one.
And it is ok in billing and calling .but some times it does not connect with Telenor network and says the number does not exist
Altogether good for calling bad for net
