Though BSNL gives us network every where and anywhere but it's of no use the call drop rate is Betty high.
The BSNL 3g is not as fast as the other competitors.
Specially when you go to metropolitan cities BSNL doesn't work. It has kept the reputation of government facilities intact that no facility provided by the government will give you standards.
The 3g connectivity is not every where. The downloading speed is reckless.
Costumer care doesn't have much knowledge to help people out.
