I have used this BSNL network for past 3 months. My nativity is tirupattur by I gone chennai for studying purpose. At chennai I got this operator and using it. At chennai somewhat good as a3G operater. Some reason speed like 200-300kb as an average.
But it not much better when compared with Jio and airtel. I gone to my native place. Through travel there is no tower. I thought because of travel its cut off. But in my town also no network. I faced many difficulties like not contact my frds and no internet service.
Even I can't contact customer care.After return to Chennai I contact customer care they told that not our control. What a irresponsible reply from customer care. Then I bought a new sim on the same number this while using it.
WORST CONNECTIVITY - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPLY.
