I'm a BSNL customer since the last 6 years. I'm using an idea connection too. The bsnl provides the worst 3G service than others. The speed of idea 2G is better than BSNL 3G sometimes. I always waste my money for my poor bsnl connection because of the cheap rate than other networks. I need more than 30 minutes for downloading a 100MB file(My personal experience) which the idea take about less than 5 minutes. The video streaming is not stable in bsnl. It stops everytime. Video calling is myth in the case of BSNL 3G. Some times the call may drop while calling. Even the whatsapp also need more time to get message. I think BSNL should seriously take care of this problems. The BSNL have a poor customer service. Earlier times when I call them I need to wait for minutes and hours. Now things changed and the call will take easily. But they respond to us as they like. In most of the cases they couldn't solve the problems. I won't recomend to anybody to choose BSNL 3G connection.
