I am a bsnl user since 2016 and I am quite satisfied with its performance. Along with this I have used many networks and a broadband too. Between these the broadband I used is on the top with 9 out of 10 and BSNL with 8. We all know it's a government company so it should be fast and it is but not upto that extent so 1 point less and I deducted another point due to its nature to shut down its speed totally. But when compared to the other networks it works fine in my area. I use 5 gb per day plan and most of times it doesn't go waste. The deduction of 2 points is due to its employees who take bribe from other network operators to shutdown its speed. Still I will most of time become able to watch videos online with low quality and to browse internet.
