HDFC Bank has dispatch me NOC via BSA Courier on 6th Aug 2014. Its been more than one month, when i checked its POD Number (tracking), the website was unable to show information due to maintenance.
So i Called up 011-41516151, to know the status. I was shocked to listen the response, parcel Has Been Returned To HDFC Bank Due To ADDRESS NOT TRACEABLE.
The hell with BSA, my address easily traceable, at-least they could call at my number for exact location.
In my suggest, government of India should cancel their license of service. They are unable to trace area in city like Delhi. Pizza Hut and Domino's are far better then BSA Courier, they know each and every location and how to trace them.BSA Courier should go and learn from them, inorder to enhance their service and on time delivery.
