They couldn't arrange a maid for a week despite charging an upfront service charge of 6000 rupees excluding tax. Then the have the gall to refuse a refund when we sent them a termination of contract mail. Save your money, opt for local service providers. Don't trust these fake startups with your hard-earned money.
Just read their terms and conditions once. It's totally anti-consumer. They will mistreat their customers again and again, so just avoid them, that's my advice.
