BricksMakaan.com was referred to me by a friend of mine who is a real estate agent and he told me that this is a new site launched in Indian real estate scene which has a good user interface with less congestion. Very easy to navigate and has a very active Customer Support both Emails and Call responses are quick.
He listed his property and got few responses. On his suggestion I visited the site and I found that this is one of those sites where you feel you have everything so nicely placed and a clear good design makes navigating the site more easier.
As I have a flat and want to give out on rent without inviting brokers and their commission, I thought of giving this site a try and went through the Advertising charges of this site and was surprised to see that they have 1/4 of the charges which other real estate sites are offering.
So here I go. Listed my property and already got some visits on it with 1 inquiry which didn't clicked for some reasons. but I m positive for more to come.
Anyways if you are an agent or builder then you would want to check this site out for it's low pricing and if you are a property owner and wants to escape the brokers commission then this is the place for your property to be showcased.
Till now it seems to be good and will write more in coming days if my property eventually gets rented out or not .:-)
