At BrickRed how day passes away can not be imagined. You remain busy between events, surveys and quizzes thrown to you by HR and your own work, coping with client expectations. To top it up now there is huge pressure on us to enhance our professional qualifications by participating in the Technology Certification program introduced in Brickred to keep us abreast with latest.
And then you realize that it has been so many years and you have not even looked at your resume. I do not think performers in BrickRedian will ever think of updating their resume. Performers get good increments and fairly appraised every six months.
