Branded computer are the oem based computer in which all parts of computer are of the same brand. In branded computer there is very less choice to upgrade. The upgrade option is available within the same brand. Branded computers are costly and can not easily maintained.
Assembled computers are the computers in which all parts are assembled and are of different brands. Means you can add motherboard of msi and ram of gskill, hdd of different brand etc.or jt may be same depending on your choice.
They are easily maintained and have wide choice of upgradation as compared with branded computer. These computers are cheaper than branded ones.
I always prefer assembled because upgrade option is very huge and easily maintained.
