On Sunday 7th March 2021 I ordered from Box8 for the first time and it was a very horrible experience, first, the site works very slow the delivery boy was late, and most important thing is that there was a cockroach inside the meal, I was very angry and reported to customer care after a lot of talks they give me a free order for next time, also a refund of my order and told not to tell others and ashamed of the situation that took place.
But Guys truth is truth and should be made aware to other customers which is why everyone should be attentive while taking orders from these order delivery agents.
