I purchased a Bosch washing machine, Model No. MOI703M0IN, despite my wife's preference for Whirlpool, thinking that as a German company, Bosch would offer high product quality and prompt service. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. Resolving any complaint takes at least six months, and their service providers and technicians are subpar. My current complaint has set a new record—it's been nine months, and it still hasn't been resolved. All I receive are standard apology emails for online complaints, and there are no escalation email IDs available on their website. I urge everyone to be cautious before purchasing any Bosch home appliance
