Bosch washing machine complain:
Bosch technician Mr Faisal Ahmedabad Branch attended my bosch washing maching for abnormal noise but was not able to detect it.
On second complain raised for service another Bosch technician confirmed jumpers damage as explained by local service technician and video eveidance provided for abnormal running of washing machine
Bosch service office Ahmedabad has ordered parts to replace, but it more than 2 weeks he is unable to procure from Bosch inventory problem realms unresolved for 2 months now.
1st complain raised - 17th dec 23
2nd complain raised- 12 Jan 24

After repeated calling and escalation via Bosch customer service still they are unable to say when part “Jumper ” will be manufactured and delivered.
Kindly manufacture required parts and keep follow up on my service case raised by registered by number 800740xxxx/926514xxxx
Incompetent and unprofessional behavior from Bosch Service Ahmedabad India is very disappointing.
