I Personally didn't Found it very Useful because after a Use of 10-15 days I was suffering with a Problem and I complained it to their Service Staff about this . A person came and Said that One of the Part is to be Replaced . Its being 40-45 days Since I had Complained About it, But till Now My that part of Chimney is not being Replaced . I Found their Customer Care Staff Very Lazy and they Don't Do their Job At All . They don't even Stick to their words and Keeps on Delaying my Complaint . Not at all Happy with the Brand Services .
