Had booked tickets using bookmyshow website as well as mobile apps; Selecting the shows/movies/matches and seats, is very easy and choice ranges for tickets i.e. different pricing options are good, but in order to get better for a wider population, the tickets have to get integrate with aadhar and economy of the person/family in future .
Their service and refund policy is also good, if there any problem with payment, as per an experience in my case. There are coupons and offers for booking through it, but most times they are for selective range of shows/cards and for a selected duration. There could be still some regular attractive incentives and options, for people to book through it! Overall, its a good product, which could and should get better!
