I accidently booked tickets for today instead of
tomorrow. I called up the customer care wrote an email
just to change the date of my ticket booking and the
reply which I got was once ticket booked cant be
cancelled. You can recommend a friend for the tickets. I
got same reply for multiple mails. And it was not a joke
as I had booked 3 tickets for around 800 Rs. I am
amazed when flight tickets, train tickets, hotel bookings
can be cancelled why cant a movie ticket be cancelled?
How ridiculous is this? I would not recommend any one
to use bookmy show for booking tickets. They are
cheaters and play with the customers money not
concerned about their valuable money at all.
