Recently, we booked a ticket for a show at 10:45 pm in hyd, through bookmyshow. we drove about 20 km to reach the destination, to find out that the show had been cancelled. we neither received any email nor any SMS for the same. upon probing, we found out that the show had been cancelled since afternoon.


I wonder what purpose the 10% convenience charge is taken for. I have lost all faith in this site, and am not going to recommend it to anybody
