I oftenly book tickets from book my show from time to time and what I didnt like is the tax they have.they cut huge amount of tax and this ids really frustrating I mean you can cut tax per transaction but they cut it for per user that means if u bbok one ticket they tax around 30rs per ticket it should be rather per transaction or less amount of tax. suppose if one books 5 tickets in one transaction they should charge 30 for it not 150
