I recently made a booking through bookmyshow and the payment was successful but the tickets were not booked. Now it has been quite a while and I havent received any updates regarding the same from them.
The amount of charges they add as convenience fee is too high!
Many times the server is down and bookings wont be successful and the refunds are almost always a pain!
